I Mahbubur Rahman have a total of 25 years plus of work experiences in the field of HR, Administration, Organizational Development, Training, Compliance, Advocacy in the early days of my career. Beside these, I have also the work exposer in Accusations of Materials and Services, Commercial, Procurement / Purchase, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Local and International Sourcing, Training and Consultation, etc. now a days. I have different Corporate level work exposer too in different manufacturing and service Industries like - Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals and Health Sector/s. Also in Real Estate, General and Technical Construction, Processing Industries like Fish, Tea Jute and Super Store / Retail, Service Industries like Education and News Paper etc. I have managed more than 10,000 SKUs and also have the sourcing and purchase exposer of 400-500 Million USD (both import and local purchase) from across the globe. Before my formal career started in corporate sector, I also worked (in different development projects on part time basis) for developing/ Philanthropic/ Volunteering Organizations too. My "Resume" was in UNVs active roaster (Administered by United Nations Development Programme) back in 2005 for two years for International assignment/s though I was not awarded further. I do judge myself "a by nature Volunteer". I have worked in different multicultural work environment beside my academic attainment/s for the same locally and in abroad too.
