•	Go-To Market: Worked on planning & implementation of end-to-end activities related to introduction of new range of Pro Series trucks & buses.

•	Worked on launch strategy, test marketing, limited introduction & also the ramp-up plan.
•	All POPs & STA approvals ensured in place before product introduction as per introduction strategy.
•	Worked on Product Packaging in terms of the basic product (vehicle) & soft offers as an overall transport solution rather than just a physical product.
•	Design & delivery of the sales training on new products for VECV team as well as the dealer sales force.
•	Core team member for organizing the launch functions of Next Gen Pro 6000 Series trucks for North, South & West regions.

Additional New Initiatives:
•	Conducted market research for Light Duty Truck project (1-3 Ton range) to identify the customer’s needs-wants-desires, benchmark existing products, SWOT analysis, need gaps and propose features for our product
•	Worked on concept of driver kit to offer utility to the truck drivers and also improve company’s brand image in the market. Need gap identified, designed into an offering and rolled out Pan-India.
•	Anchoring the initiative of increasing effectiveness of gamut of Marketing Activities to achieve different end objectives i.e.  Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, Loyalty & Brand building.

-Handled Light and medium duty truck sales for Rayalseema and coastal parts of Andhra Pradesh.
-Managed territories with very high market share of over 60%, highest all across the country.
-Handled state level marketing for Eicher branded trucks for Andhra Pradesh.
-Taken care of state level ATL/BTL activities
-Not only maintained a very high market share, infact increased the market share of Eicher branded Light & Medium Duty Trucks by 6% from 58% to 64%.
-Developed the 7 Ton industry from scratch (nil volume) with a 100% market share. Only one to develop & contribute towards entire state's volume & MS in this segment.
-Took up the reins of territories with 10% market share in 5 Ton segment & increased it to 24%.

•	Identified areas/territories suitable for new product launch of a low Horse-Power category tractor and to form relevant launching strategy.
•	The work also involved Cluster Mapping of the Dealer’s Territories in several districts of Punjab & Haryana to achieve deeper penetration, hence increasing the market share of John Deere tractors. 
•	Formation of distinct clusters of the dealer’s territory based on annual industry volume, relevant industry volume, distinct purchase drivers, common characteristics, etc. followed by formation of cluster specific promotion strategy. 
•	Came up with some out of the box promotional strategies for John Deere tractors which enhance customer satisfaction and also the brand image of John Deere brand as a whole.
