As controller for Hamilton Securities, managed accounting and reporting functions for a private equity bank servicing the multi-family housing industry. In 1998, founded financial systems integrator, Brittenford Systems, leading the company to a Top 100 industry ranking prior to a successful merger with a Top 20 CPA firm. In 2010, launched a wellness clinic group, Ideal Body Wellness. Grew the business to five locations and a #1 ranking out of 150 peer clinics in the Mid-Atlantic prior to leading the sale of the clinics to a medical services provider. In 2020, co-founded The Swag Coach, providing an innovative platform of software, coaching and services to empower promotional products distributors to scale their businesses profitably. Founder of the Richmond, Virginia chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, a global peer-to-peer network transforming the lives of those who transform the world.
