Roles and Responsibilities
 Collaborating & partnering with clients to better understand their business, culture, assignment details and career prospects for candidates in order to position the opportunity better
 Responsible for doing through Research on senior level assignments receiving from clients. Design key strategy to execute the search by Industry Mapping, Company Mapping, Talent Mapping, and Head Hunting Right Talent.
 To identify the gaps and opportunities to reach right candidates, Screening of senior level profiles for functional fitments and evaluating as per the firms interest levels
 Deliver recruiting expertise and seamless support to high-profile, diverse industry clients in acquiring top talent.
 Analyzing position requirements to ensure that submittals are of the highest caliber and closet fit to the needs.
 Industry and Company mapping for C- Suite Search ( C- CXO , Critical, Confidential and Corporate searches) with different business model to solve critical and complex challenges of the talent acquisition.
 To source relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing.
 Telephonic and virtual discussion with candidates to make them understand about the assignment and organization business.
 Prompt on search tools like LinkedIn , Google Search , X- Ray Search and Naukri .etc
 Preparing a mapping report, Long List, making reports on search mandates.
 Maintaining the internal data base and reports.

Research Associate 

Sapphire Human Solutions Private Limited

Researching and approaching C – level executives, providing market intelligence, and building a network of industry contacts.
• Working closely with the Principals and Partners to develop customized solutions to clients' complex manpower problems. –
• Ensures smooth execution of the mandates through the process and quality adherence.
• Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy. - Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications.
• Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references. - Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries. –
• Follow-ups and Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.

• Competitive Intelligence/Market Intelligence –
• Collecting internal and external data on competitors’ products, services, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and new hires.
• Gathering information about competitors’ customers, including demographics, buying habits, and psychographics.
• Developing reports that include recommendations for improving business operations based on research findings.
• Analyzing data to determine which competitors pose the greatest threat to a company’s profitability.
• Preparing presentations about market research findings for upper management.
