As a certified naturopath, yoga and face yoga instructor, I combine my passion for plant wisdom, timeless beauty, and entrepreneurship to create products and services that empower women to embrace their natural beauty and wellbeing.

My mission is to share the benefits of naturopathy, yoga, and face yoga with as many people as possible, through workshops, online courses, and speaking engagements. I have been honored to receive the Educator of the Year Special Award in 2022, and to be featured in various publications and media channels.
