My primary responsibility is to identify key areas of improvement for the Customer Success Management and Solutions Engineering teams. To achieve this, I develop enablement programs that empower individual contributors to become more efficient, provide exceptional customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. I focus on identifying specific areas and skills that require development and create programs tailored to these needs.

The team's main goal is to assist the customer during adoption of the new software with technical setup and customisation, consult in business process optimisation and operational excellence, and conduct product trainings, focusing on building bigger and better lifetime value of Scoro's customers. The ever-growing quality of the customer journey is a priority for the team.

The main focus was on assisting Scoro's new signups from all over the world through the new software onboarding phase with technical setup, customisation, product training and consulting on best practices and business process optimisation.

The main focus was on defining development necessities by receiving input from the customers through helpdesk and integrating these with the internal product vision. Implementing SCRUM and agile methodologies to support the execution of the road map and to accommodate development ambitions.
