My work has its foundations in complexity science, leadership, adult development, and resilience research. I thrive in global environments with a worthy cause facing complex challenges. I have primarily worked with qualitative data, including thematic synthesis. I'm curious about how health care organisations and health workforce could become integral to each other's growth and wellbeing.
