KRAs:
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process independently.
• Maintaining a proper deadline of assigned requirements and closing them on time. 
• Utilizing and managing maximum sources like job boards, employee referrals, ATS for future job
openings. 
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the candidates with their respective teams. 
• Have closure of a minimum of six positions monthly and close the positions as per the SLAs. 
• Update the ATS and change the status of candidates in ATS to get the monthly report. 
• After the selection of candidates, send congratulatory mail and collect appropriate documents from
them for BGV. 
• After the candidate joins, take the feedback from new joiners once he completes a month. 
• Maintaining close contact with employees on a weekly basis till they get confirmed with the
organization. 
• Maintaining proper trackers and keeping ATS (fresh teams) updated by changing their status. 
• Achieve customer positive feedback (Net promoter score of 4 or more) through Your lead or directly
from the customer.

• Coordinating with managers to discuss the open requirements and focus on priority requirements. 
• Review resumes and interview applicants to determine if they are qualified for the position 
• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle with direct clients. 
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling an interview, and connecting with the
client and candidate to share updates. 
• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process. 
• Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview phone
interviews with candidates. 
• Interacted with managers to get continuous feedback of shared profiles. 
• Negotiation of a salary range to fit the company's or candidate's comfort level and satisfaction 
• Follow-ups with the candidates regarding the acceptance of the offer, and joining dates and ensure the
candidates join the organization.
• Documentation and collecting relevant documents from the candidates, getting their Candidate
Information forms, background verification forms, and salary slips to the offer process.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
