What most people don't know about me is that I've been studying neuroscience and human behavior for the past 10 years. What almost no one knows about me is that I lost my dad to cancer when I was 13 and my mom shortly after that. From that point on, I raised myself and learned, way before anybody really should, that life was not guaranteed. So I became devoted to exploring how to expand and improve my experience of it. I made reckless decisions in my life as well as powerful ones. I moved abroad without any connections or fluency in the languages. I funded all my education and development trainings by myself. I've done things that the majority of people wouldn't dare or would consider impossible. And I lived much of my life without a champion, which is why I believe that everyone deserves one, and I've dedicated my life to supporting others on their journey. Today, as a mother, burnout and cancer survivor myself, I am also advocating for creating healthy organizations. As a coach to founders and high-level executives, I bring my entire background, from neuroscience to the psychology of human performance to business strategy, to building high-value creating teams. I help them in developing authentic and grounded presence, focus to cope with the overwhelm of modern life's pace and chaos while facing external expectations.
