Promoted to lead operations and professional services for the western region. Responsible for assuring region’s activities are properly executed and services provided to clients maintain the superb standards of the company.

• Profit and loss management of $13 Million in annual revenue.

Head of Professional Services - Western Region

Selected to lead implementation of Project Management Office. Hold responsibility for ensuring new projects align with corporate objectives and business strategy; develop project plans, assign project managers and resources, and manage budgets and key metrics. Track multiple concurrent projects from inception through completion; review issues and coordinate resolution, including alerting senior management regarding escalations. Assess internal communication plan to advise on enhancements and overcome roadblocks. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across the hierarchy to represent PMO and project management framework. Key Accomplishments & Projects:

• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project and project manager performance, efficacy, and results; created and launched executive dashboards to facilitate reporting and financial / performance analysis.
• Spearheaded task force effort to review project documentation and management process to ensure adherence to PMI methodologies and standards.
• Led critical projects, including implementation of access control security systems for King Abdulaziz International Airport and implementation of AKREBEIA systems for Court of the Crown Prince of Bahrain.
• Reported business-critical risks and issues to senior management to facilitate appropriate corrective action. 
• Managed, defined, and led implementation of project tracking system utilized throughout the project life cycle.

PMO Manager

Led client-facing professional services operations, including supervising 35-member multi-disciplinary Kingdom-wide team. Managed Technical Resource Pool (TRP), allocating appropriate team members to ensure on-time delivery of technical and business services. Establish effective policies and procedures to maximize efficiencies and productivity. Key Accomplishments & Projects:

• Implemented system functionality to improve resource scheduling and reporting using email notifications and electronic status reports; substantially reduced unassigned  hours for technical resources.
• Leveraged exceptional analytical skills to determine billing / chargeability rates for technical professionals. 
• Collaborated with colleagues to prepare and deliver presentations to secure major new business opportunities; teamed with product sales on professional services proposals.

Played key role throughout system development and implementation process. Participated in business process analysis meetings to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Prepared system design documents. Coordinated application design, development; handled all testing, validation, installation, and technical support, as well as all on-site user training on ERP system.
