•Build SaaS products roadmaps and manage software development projects and team
•Architect organization SOA strategy and implement internal systems integrations (Salesforce Apex/ERP/HRMS/Mulesoft/Collaboration tools)
•Manage the IT budget, implement KPI's, metrics and dashboards
•Merge all IT divisions in terms of ITSM
•Integrate all products into rapid deployment CI/CD pipelines
•Manage vendors and partnerships with technology providers and content platforms
