Marketing, also commonly known as Brand Management, is a one of P&amp;G core functions behind the success of P&amp;G business. A career in Marketing at P&amp;G involves combining world-class marketing mastery with business leadership to create and build brands that improve consumers' lives. The Assistant Brand Manager As is the owner of the brand's equity and responsible for maintaining and building it's strength in consumers' minds through advertising, media, and many other marketing vehicles. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as Downy Arabian Peninsula Assistant Brand Manager.
Work with teams to conduct and analyze research that builds understanding of shopper, competitor and customer need/trends at a local level.
Work with multiple departments (Sales, Consumer knowledge department, External relations) to best deploy brand equity strategy at the local level.
Identify and recommend local opportunities for amplifying marketing initiatives. Work together with the Global Business Unit team to ensure local requirements are met; At market level, work with Sales teams to tailor execution by customer and channel and with External Relations to secure support of key external stakeholders
Develop winning amplification plans and deploy them in local markets. Provide local input to and understand global, regional and local marketing plans
Be the expert of the key business drivers of the local business via excellent analysis of results and facts (day-to-day business, retail dynamics, external stakeholders, financial analysis and management. )
Invest in own development by seeking out formal and informal training opportunities; develop others through clear and constructive feedback; share learnings and skills acquired.

Marketing Department Assistant Brand Manager

It is a 7 months university program where I had the chance to join Unilever Factory in Jeddah where i joined the Planning &amp; Logistics Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Worked as a coop trainee in the Planning and Logistics Department.
I have applied different projects during my program such as:
Unilever Frame work Standards Project: To make the factory comply with Unilever frame work Standers.
RM/PM Working Capital Project: to check the RM/PM inventory and identify non-moving items, then make an action plan to remove these non-moving items and reduce the WC.
RM/PM Stock modeling Project: to design a model for RM/PM inventory, which will lead to reduce the working capital without affecting the production process.
Finish Goods Stock modeling Project: to design a model for finish goods inventory which will lead to reduce the working capital without causing any shortages in the market.
Worked as Internal Logistics Team Leader for 3 months.
