Duties:
o	Determining budget settings and impure profit within inspecting financial statistics, selling strategies and marketing campaigns
o	Attaining new information of customers' satisfaction according to company's politics preparing reports, designs and drawings 
o	Leading the implementation of cost down strategies focused on product
o	Establishing strong operating mechanisms, which include clear and timely communication with the business leadership team and stakeholders
o	Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements. Ensuring effective introduction of products, technologies, systems, solution or services
o	Following established procedures and guidelines, performs a wide variety of procurement related activities for assigned project & proposal teams
o	Developing guidelines for supplier selection that is consistent with company standards
o	Identifying, developing, evaluating & managing vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors to provide products and services
o	Partnering with company leaders and executives to train in leadership principles and offer tailored advice for effective management.
o	Supervising workers in company to ensure that all operational functions were carried out properly and effectively.
o	Training staff throughout entire company in correct procedures for basic operational tasks and responsibilities.
o	Partnering with other managerial staff to optimize the effectiveness of management team and strategized new ways to lead company.

Procurement expert

Duties:
o	Preparing monthly financial statements.
o	Preparing journal entries complete with documentation for all transactions.
o	Assisting in annual and monthly budget preparations.
o	Working with tax accountants to provide information for tax returns.
o	Carrying out any other administrative and operational duties as required.
o	Reconciling cash advances on a monthly basis
o	Managed financial information, coordinating with other accounting staff.
o	Maintain accounts payable log and input data as it is received to keep up-to-date records of incoming payment.
o	Contact and interact with clients who have failed to make payments, providing reminders and maintaining client relationship.
o	Answer client inquiries and dispense advanced information about financing options accurately and quickly.
o	Manage payroll, keeping track of employee hours, overtime, and pay rates, entering information into spreadsheets, and creating reports for management.
