•      Spearheaded 52,904 MT Export and Import Air Cargo Handling Operations of Precious Metal, Pharma, Electronics, Engineering, Chemicals, DG, Cold Storage, Transshipment, bonded trucking, Courier and High value goods worth INR 357 billion and generating revenue INR 400 million.
•       Seamlessly connected the entire Air Cargo community on an integrated digital platform TEDi. Implemented Paperless Air Cargo Clearance procedure at Air Cargo Complex Ahmedabad which eliminated requirements to produce hard copies of necessary documents for cargo clearance processes, saved time and cost, improved productivity, enhanced overall efficiency and created end to end visibility amongst all stakeholders.
•	Initiated process and materialized opening of Airside Gate at Air Cargo Complex at SVPI Airport Ahmedabad where Screened cargo from SHA was moved through unsterile area before entering to airside was a potential security threat to civil aviation since inception of ACC. 
•	Monitored Health & Safety issues, operational and financial performance regarding Ground Handling & Cargo operations.
•	Monitored airline volumes and forecasts; and based on information, pre-plan to mitigate potential impact to ground, cargo operations and flow.
•	Liaised with Station Managers, airport Operation Directors, BCAS, RA, handling agents, customs, Drug controllers Office, Forwarders, Custom brokers, and security officials as well as other airport stakeholders.
•	Analyzed service delivery measurements for 500+ customers.

• Displayed an inherent ability to excel under pressure when handling a very high profile case where 3000 KGs of Heroin worth of INR 21000 Crores was seized by Indian Customs at TG Terminals Private Limited at Adani Mundra Port. Interacted and coordinated with various investigation agencies like Customs, DRI, Narcotics Department, IB, ATS, NIA for resolution of the case and maintained business continuity in critical situation to provide an unparalleled level of customer service and satisfaction to the customers.
