Process Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Order Request and Daily Market Order Request for requesting department including Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, IT, Engineering, Security, Finance and Housekeeping and record all information accordingly. Follow up on quotations and negotiate price with vendors. Follow up outstanding orders for all requisitions. Daily go for quality check at receiving area. Checking for price error in some invoices which are difference from Purchase Order. Make Daily filling. Prepare Consumption Report, Food and Non Food if any. Cancelled and undelivered goods Purchase Orders to closed in Fidelio System. Attends QAT and DH Meetings every Friday. Take part for QAT audit as per scheduled and follow up corrective action on SFSMS requirement. Surf Shangri – La Intranet and print out and filed if any new contract or Preferred Supplies Agreement. Monthly Tasks: Vendor Evaluation Report, Price Increase Report, Price Comparison List, Purchase Order Corrections, Price Variances Report, Vendor Visitation Report, Urgent Purchase Analysis, Update SFSMS Purchase, Update Purchase Capex List, Purchase Order Due Report, Central Purchasing & Group Contract prices update in Fidelio System, Assist Cost Controller for Month end Inventory, Follow up quotation for Food & Beverage – Non Group Tender/Central Purchasing Contract. F & B Kitchen Meeting resolve outstanding issues, Monthly Saving Report (Food & Outstanding Issues, Controllers Report, Monthly Purchasing Meeting, and SFSMS Monthly Meeting for Putrajaya Shangri – La. Assist Cost Controller to do monthly Inventory for Food, Beverage and General and Operation Equipment Inventory, three month once. Prepare contract for Food, Beverage, General and Printing & Stationery.

Main responsibility is to handle Logistic and Distribution for the entire hotel outlet and the other components. Handle high volume of stocks. Manage and control the overall administrative and store operational process of goods ordering, receiving and distribution. Monitor, ensure accurate data entry, and ensure goods received are intact, good condition and quality checked. To make sure that the loading bay, receiving area, food store, beverage store, general store and printing and stationary store are clean and hygienic at all time. Assist Cost Control department to count month end inventory.
