My current responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative include outbound prospecting to cold and warm lead lists, and conducting initial client engagements, including client prospecting, lead generation, and lead development. I'm currently utilizing Salesforce CRM. My journey into the sales field began with the completion of "CourseCareers," an intensive online course focused on technology sales development. Despite my background in Law Enforcement, I made a conscious decision to transition into a Sales Development Representative role, leveraging my communication skills, customer relations experience, and outreach abilities to surpass my sales targets. Problem-solving is one of my key strengths, enabling me to effectively address objections and navigate through challenges when dealing with potential customers. Additionally, I actively utilize my marketing skills as a CourseCareer Affiliate Marketer during my spare time. I have honed my ability to understand and present technical solutions to diverse audiences. Over the course of my career, I have created and delivered more than 200 presentations, catering to senior-level leadership, community leaders, and youth organizations. Through these presentations, I have successfully educated and influenced stakeholders by utilizing statistical data to propose effective solutions. Overall, I am a dedicated professional with a strong drive for continuous learning, thriving in customer-facing roles and utilizing my skills in sales, communication, problem-solving, and marketing to exceed expectations and provide valuable solutions to clients and organizations.
