• Provided hands-on support for project management duties, including setting up JIRA workflows and conducting daily, planning, and retrospective meetings with comprehensive meeting notes.

• Collaborated closely with Product Managers to clarify the requirements of user stories.

As the 6th member of a startup that evolved into a successful product company with over 70 employees, earning recognition as one of Forbes Ukraine's Top 30 startups and successfully launching an ICO that raised $30 million, I played a pivotal role in establishing and managing the QA team from the ground up.
Here are some key highlights of my contributions: 

• Create and manage a QA team from scratch (being 1st QA on the project) • Planning and estimating all QA activities according to SDLC and project
needs
• Define test strategy and test plan according to the roadmap

• Managed all aspects of JIRA, including workflows, sprints, releases, backlog
management, issue types, projects, and boards.
• Cultivated strong lines of communication and collaboration among the
Development, QA, Design, and Marketing departments.
