• Initiated and built communication strategies for international hiring (technical recruiting).

Some of my responsibilities are:

• Leading our first Job Placement Team

• Provide strategic training to the new team members of the Job Placement Team and mentor them to grow smoothly

• Analyze data of the companies and candidates to build creative and innovative sourcing and hiring strategies

• Build connections with the global companies as well as establish their recruiting requirements by studying organizations' plans and objectives and meeting with human resource personnel to discuss their organizational needs to help them on hiring potential web developers globally and remotely
