I am a Certified PoSH IC Specialist, Wellness Coach & Mentor. I am a PoSH [Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act, 2013] Retainer/ Trainer & IC Specialist working with Startups at present to enable organizations for providing gender neutral safe environment to all their employees esp. women. I also impart training and workshops advocating mental health. I give coaching sessions to individuals and organizations on leadership, positive psychology, transactional analysis & emotional intelligence. I have over 500 hours of coaching experience with clients from diverse domains with whom I have partnered to evolve different aspects of their life and profession. My journey as a Wellness Practitioner and Mentor started 20 years back with Usui Reiki, Tarot Divination, Dowsing, Numerology Money Reiki, Karmic Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, etc. I am a Theta Healing Practitioner since June 2011 I am a certified Access Consciousness Bars and Body Process Facilitator. I am a Master Gestalt Therapist and pursuing a Master's degree in psychology at present. I am an EFT Practitioner. I am on the holistic panel of NGO Win Over Cancer since 2016. Since 2021 WICCI and all the soulsisters worldwide have shown faith in me and my work by giving me an opportunity to serve them as President, WICCI Delhi Holistic Wellness and Resorts Council. Recently I am honored to receive “ Iconic Women Creating Better World For All “ in December,2022 by WICCI. I received the award for "Women Entrepreneur of the Year" by WASME in the year 2021. I was awarded " Exceptional Women Of Excellence" by Women Economic Forum and received StarsTell Awards for Wellness in the year 2019. I was also a regular columnist for Predictions Through Tarot in one of the newspapers. My article about Prediction through Ramcharitmanas secured its place in the magazine published by the Tarosophy Association of the UK.
