I love working with people one on one. People want so much to be truly heard, to feel understood. Years of training and practice have helped me become a champion listener, so you can speak out the things which weigh on you, without fear of judgment. Whatever your story is, it's yours and we start by acknowledging it and giving you a chance to unburden yourself. What a relief! After that, we sort. We examine thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns. We do this gently, deeply, with patience, facing one thing at a time until we get clear on what's going on inside you, what's driving how you feel and how you engage with your partner. Then we envision how you want to be! Your relationship starts with YOU. There are things to grieve and release, new ways of being and relating to creating. It's such a deeply personal and magical journey of self growth. It is a joy and an honor for me to witness yours, and guide you on the way. Marriage coaching is my favorite part of family dynamics work since all involved are adults in a relationship freely chosen. I also build on my previous experience in Parenting Coaching, as many disagreements between partners start with a disagreement over how to raise the kid(s). I've been married for 27 years and have 6 children together with my husband. Our oldest is 25 and youngest is 13 so we've been around the block a few times. My personal experience, professional training, and practice enrich each other. I love sharing what I've learned with other people so they, too, can grow more true to themselves and fulfilled in their relationships.
