I'm a 10-year systems and ops veteran turned marketer (woah - I know!), host of the show Inside the Process, a proud mom of two boys, a gold medal-holding blue belt in jiu-jitsu, a health-conscious foodie and weigh-lifter, a content creator and so much more...

And yeah…a relentless advocate for high performance and doing anything you put your mind to! 

Because I believe in you, and you just need to believe in you too. 

My work-life superpower? Making ideas happen, creating systems, making work easier and helping everyone grow! I've spent years leading continuous improvement initiatives and have worked on just about everything a business touches at its roots. Whether it's process improvement, systems, ops, tech, marketing, project management… or anything in between… I'm always down to crush it. (And I usually do...humble brag.)

My personal superpower? I have an uncanny ability to see the silver lining and transform obstacles into stepping stones for growth. I've mastered the art of resilience and versatility. I have an unwavering belief that with the right mindset and determination, any hurdle can be overcome. Ask me about it sometime...

They say success is equal parts hard work and luck. I say success is equal parts hard work and people you meet along the way. The kind of people who add different colors to your view of the world through kindness and unique perspective. The ones who support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I hope to be that person in some way for everyone I meet. 

I've led Service & Technology rooted Continuous Improvement initiatives for the last 8 years. My highly adaptable, creative and "can do" energy provides me the necessary foundation to propel both the organization and its employees forward in growth and shared vision, especially in the face of challenge. 

Some of my main focuses include Process Improvement, Training & People Development, C-Level and Systems Project Management, Technology Design & Development, Champion & Change Management Programs, Green Initiatives and Acquisition & Integration Management across complex and dynamic business environments. 

I have a proven history of successful performance metrics, improved client experience, increased client and worksite employee retention, cross-functional efficiency and timely on-budget deliverables. I'm well versed in managing a large portfolio of projects, in addition to owning the required design, implementation, documentation and training. 

Don't let my background fool you, my systematized and creative brain hemispheres light up equally. I thrive in UI/UX design and brand development. 

I also take great pride in serving as the chief liaison among departments and shepherding the company's communication strategy. 

I believe communication and contributor recognition are the lifeblood of a team's productivity. 

I'm most passionate about maintaining a workplace that encourages a positive and continually improving culture - one that is rooted in continuous learning, nets increased profitability and upholds the missions and values of the organization.

This morning a group of middle school boys were playing kickball in the street.

One of the boys had kicked the ball into the tallest tree in my front yard. 

They asked, "ma'am can we get our ball out of your tree?"

I nodded yes. 

Boy after boy tried and failed. 

Anguished by what I was witnessing, I trekked across the wet grass in my pajamas and messy bun to retrieve the ball. 

Before one boy could finish mumbling his doubt, the ball was free.

Another boy shouted "woman power!"

I turned around, looked him dead in the eye and said,

"Hell yeah, brother".

Ever notice how things get extra hard right before they get good?

It's so easy to want to quit. (I've done it.)

Contrary to social media, growth doesn't feel empowering while it’s happening.

It f-cking sucks.

It's exhausting mentally, physically and spiritually sometimes. 

Simplify. Focus on one thing at time.
Cut the noise: especially your own overthinking.
Give yourself grace, but not excuses.
Show up messy. Just keep showing up.
Take care of your body. It’s doing a lot right now.

Lastly, let people talk. You're doing something worth talking about.

There's nothing spookier than taking a gamble on a connection request from someone in sales.
