Built and maintains the entire influencer ambassador program at Jordandené.

- Manage expectations, relationships, and scheduling for the entire team.
- Create all of the digital marketing and promotional materials for the program (Instagram stories and feed imagery, sneak peeks, etc.)
- Creating and scheduling multiple MailChimp communications per month to ambassadors.
- Calculating and tracking of sales for 50+ active ambassadors and reporting out sales information to Jordan and the ambassadors themselves.
- Using Shopify to create and track unique discount codes per ambassador in the program.
- Brainstorming incentives and gamifying engagement to encourage posting, sharing, and evangelizing the Jordandené brand.

I’ve been posting videos on my YouTube channel malarayofsunshine since March of 2008. The video content you will most prevalent find on my channel is related to topics of beauty and books.

I have worked with both beauty and fashion brands to create makeup looks, receives, and lookbooks for their products. My focus in the beauty industry is on cruelty-free solutions and for fashion I mainly highlight small, women-run, nerdy clothing brands.

My niche in the BookTube community is mostly on Young Adult fiction with an emphasis on LGBTQAI+ reads. I interview authors, review books, and discuss most anticipated upcoming releases.

- Crafted the narrative for the first Mixed Reality Puzzle room utilizing both MR and analog tech to at Microsoft's Build conference, May 2018.

Previous work at Microsoft was focused on building the HoloLens / MR community, where I led content creation and strategy for social media activations, including collaborating with central brand marketing on a $20MM Holiday 2017 campaign showcasing “3D for Everyone”.

- Supported beta program participants for Microsoft's app, Actiongram, on HoloLens.
- Maintained relationships, provided technical support, and hosted community challenges with the 28~ influencers (up-and-coming to celebrity) in our beta program.
- Piloted in-person and social media activations including, but not limited to, crafting coordinating a 24-hour film festival using our app.
- Produced, filmed, and edited videos to share usage data that were sent weekly to the development, art, production, and engineering teams.
