To achieve continuous growth and increase the value of the company, I put in place a new creative vision for the brand. I conduct thorough research to understand the needs and trends of general and segmented audiences, which informs content and collateral created, with an ongoing focus on brand consistency. I then direct the launching of marketing and branding strategies, campaigns, and messaging for optimal impact. Throughout all processes, I manage and aid creative team efforts by securing resources, providing solutions to circumvent issues, and maintaining a creative and collaborative culture that allows for ideas to be transformed into tangible content. I track audience engagement and interaction and adjust messaging and campaigns to maximize recognition and preference.

• Ensures the partnership with soccer club 1. FC Union Berlin is prosperous by creating and coordinating digital and offline assets, leading to greater awareness of the wefox brand.

• Spearheaded rebranding strategies which have involved the creation of three TVCs and an out-of-home campaign targeting Swiss consumers. The OOH campaign has generated brand recognition growth from 0 to 35%.

I led and guided the creative team comprised of in-house and freelance professionals, and ensured the brand's image and voice were properly presented across all messaging. In partnership with marketing, sales, and supplementary departments and stakeholders, business goals were reviewed which shaped content strategies and I conceptualized campaigns that effectively promoted company products and yielded the highest ROI. Among the creative team, supervised all processes that resulted in the rollout of comprehensive and cohesive messaging and campaigns. As audience trends changed, I modified strategies which included updating tone of voice and the utilization of new outlets to increase exposure.

• Continuously modified and improved Tone of Voice B2C and B2B.

• In conjunction with the merging of ONE, Koble, and wefox, contributed to rebranding efforts which involved all aspects from design to tone of voice, which was achieved having regularly collaborated with the CMO and Leadership team.

• Across social media platforms, built and increased the company's online presence and secured a steady rate of new followers as reach expanded.

• Merged Austria, Switzerland, and Italy with wefox.

I proposed and developed innovative advertising and marketing concepts that promoted the company which resulted in new levels of awareness and engagement being captured. I identified the best ways to adjust messaging and content for various outlets and platforms. From this, audiences were informed of, engaged with, and persuaded to use company services. I assessed the performance of campaigns and applied data in future content creation.
