In my recent role, I transferred to Integrate AV Expo from Fine Food Australia. My objective was to expand the AV Interactive portfolio despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. I achieved this by organizing interactive events and a major live event in Sydney in 2021, targeting a database of 6,500 professionals.

As a Client manager, I oversaw four key areas of the largest B2B food event in Australia: Hospitality and Retail Technology, Specialty and General Food, and Healthy Living. With a customer portfolio of 110, including both interstate and international clients, I focused on retaining exhibitors and securing sponsorships for Fine Food Australia.

I prioritized effective communication and maintained strong relationships with distributors and businesses in the Foodservice, Retail, and Hospitality industries. Collaborating with industry associations and governing bodies, I actively engaged in networking events to stay updated on market trends and foster positive relationships.

Client Manager - Integrate & Fine Food Australia

In my role, I focused on managing client relationships for over 100 Not for Profit, SME, and Major Corporate clients. I used a methodical approach to problem-solving and implemented tailored business solutions to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and retention while meeting profitability targets.

I developed and executed new account management plans, especially for clients new to fleet management and procurement, using various analytical techniques to ensure smooth transitions. Additionally, I handled quoting, negotiations, scheduling, and other administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Achievements:

Promoted to revitalize mid-market channel accounts across Finance Brokers and Not for Profit enterprises in VIC, NSW, and QLD.
Increased revenue and profitability by 20% within the existing client portfolio over two years.
Exceeded annual targets, achieving 190% and 110% in 2018-2019.
Established and maintained trusted relationships with key clients, including Goldengrove Building Company, Bolle Sunglasses, Sunshine Coast Health, and Deaf Services Queensland.

Account Manager - Business Partnerships

As a Novated Senior Consultant, I was assigned to increase the sales and improve the operations of Business to Consumer product offering to consumer accounts. In order to achieve these, I generated new dealer relationships in conjunction with procurement to grow dealer networks within the Novated space. 

Constantly refining operational effectiveness, I identified key areas of improvement to develop new initiatives in growing sales revenue through insurance and aftermarket products and vehicle sales. Through engaging training methods, I mentored new consultants to ensure easy onboarding experience and help them achieve their writings targets.

Key Achievements:

* Accumulated a total revenue contribution of $7 million in writings for the
the financial year of 2017 by handling a portfolio of 100+ customers and
improving the net promoter score (from 38 to 54) in May 2017 – October
2017.

Novated Sales

Maxxia Pty Ltd

At Maxxia Pty Ltd, my primary role was handling calls from prospective leads and current buyers interested in Novated Lease products. I successfully sold products, provided education to clients over the phone, and grew a portfolio of 150+ customers across Australia.

I developed strong relationships with dealership groups and financiers, showcasing my communication and negotiation skills.

Additionally, I introduced a new consumer loan product pilot exclusively available to selected employers, offering more choices to customers and recommending the best product to meet their needs. I carefully considered options before taking action, maximizing the benefits of leveraging Maxxia's buying power while providing alternative solutions to customers and generating additional revenue channels.

Key Achievement:

Consistently achieved monthly sales targets for both units and insurance KPIs by maintaining a pipeline of 300+ customers. Furthermore, I increased customer return on investment from previous purchases for 80% of the closed deals.

Fleet Leasing Specialist

At FleetPartners, I managed client relationships with major corporate accounts and direct business. My responsibilities included casework, quoting, reporting, strategy development, and implementation. I facilitated monthly meetings and reviews to ensure fleet provider compliance with contractual obligations and expectations, fostering collaborative goal achievement.

I also demonstrated strong administrative skills by handling various fleet management duties, such as fuel cards, registration, payout pricing, and generating whole-of-life reports.

Key Achievements:

Successfully increased revenue from existing customers and key clients like Mondelez, TWE, and Careers Australia, while managing a fleet of over 2,000 vehicles.
Gained valuable experience in both Consumer and Corporate Divisions, enabling a seamless transition to Novated and Operating Lease aspects of the business and effectively resolving customer issues and concerns.
