• Predischarge bill of lading (Correction, BL status changes in the system through Proteus)
• Sending documentation to shipping agents, ship planners and the Customs
• Establishing cargo manifest in the GUCEG software
• Ensuring the systematic tracking of containers at the terminal as well as containers in transit through an excel table
• Assist finance team to collect Demurrage and Detention without compromising commercial relationship with customers.

Assistant Documentation / Manifest 

Main duties and activities:

* Clearance of the vessels entering and leaving the port
* Establishing Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA)
* Preparing vessel documents 
* Communication with shipowners, shippers, authorities...
* Arranging vessel berths, pilot assistance 
* Reporting vessel activities while at port
* Representing shipowners, charterers and others involved in maritime transport.

Shipping Agent 

* Imputation des opérations comptables.
* Saisie des opérations sur sage 100 comptabilité 
* Enregistrer les opérations comptables des fournisseurs dans les journaux.
* Préparer les ordres de paiements et effectuer le lettrage des comptes.
* Réception et vérification des pièces comptables.
