In short: I made the pivot to digital marketing from teaching. I started as a content creator and then got a role as marketing specialist. Right now, I’m exploring the visual side of marketing (photography/videography) with a focus on Social Media Strategy. I have lots of ambition to become better and better at what I do. 🤝 Main reason I’m on LinkedIn: #networking and meeting new people! if you like to know more about me: 👩🏻‍🏫 My university studies in engineering provided me with valuable knowledge, but I realized I didn’t want to pursue it professionally. Instead, I pursued my interest in #hospitality, for several years. This experience enriched my understanding and skill set in ways I hadn't anticipated. After the outbreak of covid, I started teaching English as a second language and then got into creating visual and educational content for the language school I used to work at, which helped me discover my love for creating content and social media. After moving to Canada, I taught for a while, but I felt I need to pursue something I am more passionate about. After thorough research, I found an online Digital Marketing Course that was the ideal program for me to pursue. Right now, I’d like to apply the marketing strategies I’ve learned to different industries I have experience it: hospitality, education, and tech. 🪄The skills from my previous years of experience that can be applied to marketing include but are not limited to: communication skills, creativity, analytical thinking, time management, attention to details, adaptability, and patience. 💟 My values are: integrity, reliability, continuous learning, work/life balance, personal and professional growth, listening, vulnerability and compassion 🤍
