A computer engineer by training and a problem-solver at heart, I am a technology management professional with a passion for crafting and delivering software projects with precision and innovation following an approach that values 'means' as much as the 'ends' i.e. achieving success through methodical processes that are replicable and scalable. Currently leading the AI subsidiary of an Inc. 5000 featured US-based software agency in an all-round role, I have steered end-to-end lifecycles of complex AI software starting from client discovery to project delivery in domains including GenAI/ LLMs, Computer Vision, classical Machine Learning etc. My role extends to mentoring the AI team towards a culture of innovation to ensure our solutions remain innovative. Working closely with the organizational leadership, part of my role is to future-proof business goals and strategy by closely monitoring technological trends and breakthroughs. Across my professional career that spans over a decade, I have had the honour of working with multi-cultural teams of different shapes and sizes including startups and enterprises. I have built long-lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike and part of my success is due to my network. As an individual, I am highly amiable, easy-going and have a huge passion for sports - particularly footbal/soccer. My lifelong dedication to following sports from a young age has significantly shaped my competitive nature and personality, imparting crucial lessons in resilience and leadership along the way.
