Health Route is a Medical Tourism company founded in the year 2013. Health Route is a single point of contact for Patients in Africa, Bangladesh, Nepal, Mauritius and Zambia seeking medical treatment overseas.

In addition to this Health Route has also become a hub of medical practitioners overseas to access medical facilities in India for their patients.

Since its inception, I have been involved in the Patient-Centric and Influencer programs executed by The Health Route. The details of my role include the following:

1.	B2B – Marketing Plans across media
2.	B2C – Outreach programs via Online and Offline Platforms also including development of OPD and CME opportunities overseas for Medical Practitioners in India 
3.	Financial Planning & Compliances
4.	Content Creation – Including Website Management, Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing Campaigns, Blog Writing, Back Linking with relevant portals and online assets
5.	Management of disease-centric websites to build a bridge with our patients
6.	CRM – a critical function of appointing agencies and monitoring communication with existing and potential customers

Led the Employer Branding Marketing for RBS in India. In India the Employer Branding Marketing function was at a nascent stage when I joined and the role posed some unique challenges.

A well settled and experienced team in the UK was a boon, I was guided well by them during my tenure at RBS and it was possible to set quantifiable objectives for my function and achieve them during my stay at RBS India.

Some of the highlights of the tenure were:

1. Leveraging the Brand Assets - Sachin Tendulkar in this case for employer branding
2. Re-inventing the Employee Referral Program
3. Working with the Group Resourcing Function team to achieve their hiring cost objectives
4. Educating and aligning key team members to the Employer Brand Track findings for India and the UK
5. Adapting and optimising Global Activities for India
6. Sharing learning across with Global teams
7. Increasing effectiveness of hiring drives and campus programs by providing optimal marketing support and guidance
8. Lent support to my UK peers for content development of the RBS India Careers Portal www.http://india.jobs.rbs.com/

The tools used for these were - Market Research, Online and Offline Advertising, Digital Marketing (SEO & SEM), Event Management, Internal Communication, Direct Marketing and Employee Testimonial Films.

•	Develop and implement marketing plans for the financial products of the company, strategize the product mix and be responsible for growth of company's range of products
•	Manage the marketing requirements of the portfolio of products by working closely with the product team of various categories 
•	Establish and manage marketing plans, goals and standards to further build the organisation's brand amongst all relevant stakeholders 
•	Develop advertising and promotion strategies to maximize the revenue and profit potential of the product range
•	Manage the advertising agency to ensure that the communication is unified under the template across all product categories
