I started on the path of shamanism many years ago. Have gone through the grades, enduring spiritual, mental & physical challenges. Meeting the shadows in myself face-on, battling inner and outer demons. An important turning point was meeting my lama, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, who is a Tibetan monk. As you may know, Tibetan Buddhism is a combination of traditional Buddhism and the shamanistic Bön-religion.
A Christian shaman may sound contrary. But ... it works for me. Jesus is still my guiding light, my saviour and best friend.

Seeing the necessity of a meeting point for social workers // child welfare workers and other professionals, foster parents and parents who had lost custody or were at risk to do so, I started the Facebook Group "Spør en Barnevernpedagog".
It currently has 3.168 members, has saved lives - and led to children being reunited with their biological parents. 
How many suicides it has prevented is impossible to estimate.
