Curious. Resourceful. Hungry (literally and metaphorically— l love food and I’m driven). I'm a customer experience manager leading product marketing and design with a love of research and experimentation, data, and the art of communication. My major focus right now is leading product marketing for an exciting new product we will launch in 2025! I also lead the design and customization of a white-labeled platform for enterprise clients, collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific needs. I successfully delivered tailored solutions, including data and analytics dashboards, account creation for multiple user types, an e-commerce site, and an efficient content tagging system. I've led the complete process of a new platform build, from market research, user research, product design, and developer collaboration. Previously, I worked as a marketing project manager at Scholastic, coordinating cross-functional teams and streamlining campaign goals and messaging. I also got to work on special projects like building a high-fidelity prototype for an updated product marketing landing page. Outside of work, I love to travel, cook, bake, and spend time outdoors, exploring new cultures and staying curious about the world.
