I didn’t come from a leadership background. No MBA. No corporate ladder. No mentor handing me a playbook. At 23, I walked into an automotive dealership with zero experience—and was handed a desk, a brochure, and silence. So I figured it out myself. I taught myself how to sell, how to build trust, and how to lead. I studied communication, influence, and decision-making while trying to prove I belonged in a room I was never invited into. Today, I lead marketing strategy, dealer communication, & engagement at DriveHRIS, where I help automotive dealerships better connect with their teams, improve adoption, and modernize outdated systems. This year, I’m honored to be speaking at the Women in Automotive Conference because too many women are still navigating this industry without support, recognition, or a roadmap.
