Mandy runs a mastermind membership program dubbed: " A community Beyond Networking". It is aimed at peer groups that support each other actively and hold each other accountable to enhance individual and group success. Over the past 15 years Mandy has been actively facilitating workshops and events, and is a teacher and a coach on the topic of career development at several Swiss universities and business schools. Through her workshops and events, she supports leadership teams by aligning their talent management and communication strategies with their company strategies. Her approach is very practical and tailored to all her projects. This is in order to make sure the implemented actions are aligned with the objective at hand. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. The strong client-focus as well as flexibility are elements that have been a priority throughout her career. She has worked in countries such as Spain, Ireland and China before settling in Switzerland.
