In 1995, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey across various industries, starting in hospitality, then real estate and finally in 1999 exited corporate life and got into business services, driven by a desire to create a brighter future. In 2005 from a humble startup, for the next 16 years, made significant contributions to the dynamic growth of Concentrix Latin America, overseeing the expansion to over 30,000 professionals and revenues exceeding $500 million across nine different countries delivering nearshore business process solutions across a spectrum of industries, including technology, consumer electronics, healthcare, finance, social media, and retail, spanning Latin America, the United States, and Europe. In 2021 exited corporate world -again- and focused in a non-executive role, on the hospitality industry. My educational background includes an MBA from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
