Program management: 
Leading the program for transition of transportation management sytems from OTM to JDA TMS across a global network of 30+ WH and mini clusters. My responsibilities include scoping requirements for a WH TMS launch, lead UAT & training, update warehouse operational dashboards and metrics reporting logic. As part of XPO operations engineering team, I work very closely with the customer transportation solutions team, XPO IT systems, Warehouse managers and the end users performing day to day operations on the floor. 

Subject Matter Expert:
Warehouse outbound processes, International carrier booking, WMS, SIMS, JDA WMS. 

Reporting & analytics: 
Skilled in SQL and Big Query, I use these extensively for making any decision during launch activities, build new dashboards to meet operational needs. 
Developed multiple tools using SikuliX to automate mundane activities. 

Material flow design: 
Analyzed inbound and outbound volumes of high value and propreitery parts, studied the current layout and redesigned the flow of material to cut down waste and eliminate bottlenecks in the process. Led the launch of a verification tool to improve speed by part verification by 4 times across sites in the united states. 
Currently working on streamling the outbound warehouse flow at JDA WMS sites by working directly with the relevant IT teams and warehouse operators.

System enhancements: 
Conduct UAT, training and roll out of adhoc system changes in SIMS, Infor WMS7 and JDA WMS.

▪ Achieved 40% reduction in number of pallets shipped to the factory by establishing a box pick process in the external warehouse in a team of 3.
▪ Independently configured 1200 parts and 16 replenishment routes in MES to align with newly designed physical process flow from inbound to outbound docks of the warehouse.
▪ Performed time studies for order picking process and developed KPI metrics for multiple replenishment routes.
▪ Used SQL to query MES database to analyze large scale inventory and replenishment order data to study manpower utilization and rebalanced workload among order pickers.
▪ Used SQL and Tableau to analyze RO data and root cause material conveyance failures and inventory variance.
▪ Trained warehouse associates, shift leads and supervisors and supervised the transition to MES software v2.0.
▪ Demonstrated sequencing operations move from the factory to the external warehouse to eliminate in-house storage and internal routes by Just-In-Time delivery of 36 general assembly (GA) bulk parts.
▪ Prepared Plan for every part (PFEP) for just in time delivery of 200+ parts from the external warehouse.
▪ Implemented a hard pull system for trim line kitting parts by installing IoT devices (smart racks) on lineside storage racks and reduced material flow irregularities by 40%.
▪ Worked in a team of 4 for optimization of existing small parts supermarket racks, storage location assignment and Configuration Integration of 400+ Model S&X parts in production.

• Worked in a team of three for installation for Skid Cleaning Robots.                               
• Independently made arrangements for compressed air and RO water supply to the cleaning                         
  booth and implemented 5S principles during construction activities. 
• Coordinated with Procurement Department for purchase of Robots and other Equipment.
• Served as a liaison between Equipment suppliers and production department.
• Project resulted in annual savings of USD 150,000 and elimination of manpower required
  for cleaning the paint skids.

• Independently designed Safety Equipment for a 20 ft. high container as per British Standards using                      Soildworks.

I'm passionate about streamlining logistics operations with a keen interest in supply chain systems.
