•	Driving multiple product penetrations across accounts focused on increasing the ARPA (Avg Revenue Per Account).
•	Perform VAS product life cycle management with the objective of garnering higher share of corporate customer wallet.

Chief Marketing Officer - SMB Business

•  Responsible for leading the entire gamut of Marketing operations for Mobility, Fixed Line/Broadband and Direct to Home (DTH) business for Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh region. 
•  Play a pivotal role towards design and implementation of business strategy and marketing trajectory for MPCG, making it a circle with one of the fastest subscriber and data growth in terms of subscriber penetration and Y-O-Y revenue growth.
•  Drive brand preference (ITP/TOMA) through strategic brand building activities comprising of ATL and BTL campaigns basis strategic customer/retail insights.
•  Exposure to marketing dynamics of the largest geographical terrain within India (with predominant rural dynamics at play). 

Achievements
-  Led the Cross Functional DATA project and achieved 100% Y-O-Y growth on data revenues.
-  Ranked # 1 in terms of High Value base growth across Pan India.
-  Lowest customer churn across all challenger (1800) circles.
-  Initiated and executed a segmented strategy focused on targeting the low revenue geographies through differential customer, channel, retail and sales propositions.
-  Launched Retailer Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) across MPCG with the intent of upgrading customers.
-  Fixed Line/Broadband – Highest customer additions in the FY 13-14 through a focused strategic approach on Low Utilization Pillar’s (LUPs) and Voice to DSL conversion.

Head - Marketing (Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh)

•  Managed revenues to the tune of USD 120 Million (600 crores) annually and was responsible for end to end business deliveries for Noida Ghaziabad zone, one of the largest Airtel zone across Delhi NCR geography. 
•  Led a team of 28 sales professionals across all LOB namely Airtel Mobile, Fixed Line/Broadband, DTH and Airtel Money.
•  Expanded distribution across urban markets and rural peripheries, while being focused on managing the existing sales network of Prepaid & Postpaid distributors and Airtel Own Retail stores. 
•  Ensured high level of retail visibility through optimal usage of merchandising resources across trade channels 
•  Responsible for several successful launches – Airtel Brand relaunch, 3G, MNP, Apple iPhone & Airtel Money.

Achievements
-  Ranked # 1 across North Hub for two consecutive quarters of Q3 and Q4, 2011 and then secured     the 3rd position nationally in the prestigious Sales Achievers Club which was held in Singapore. 
-  Garnered market leadership vis-à-vis competition operators on share of gross adds (SOGA)  and was the only zone across Delhi NCR to be a leader across all lines of business.  
-  Ranked # 1 across Delhi circle for REI (Retail Effectiveness Index) scores basis external IMRB audits for 10-11.
-  Achieved the highest tag utilization on Fixed Line/Broadband network across Delhi NCR geography.
-  Was appreciated for a CSR initiative of tying up with the Noida Police authorities which resulted in the branding of all PCRs across Noida with an exclusive Airtel Emergency Number. This exclusive number enabled the police authorities to be contacted locally in case of mishap (besides the 100 number) and be able to provide a speedy response.
