I am an experienced professional with a track record of attaining excellent results through hard work, perseverance and resilience. A skilled communicator who is experienced in the regular delivery of presentations to varying group sizes. With a background in Education, I have had the pleasure of transforming the lives of so many of my students and their families; something I never take for granted. I am an empathetic leader who always prioritises team synergy over personal gain. I lead from the front and have been described as a "master motivator" due to my ability to galvanise a team towards a common goal. I love working in fast-paced, client-facing roles as it keeps me thinking on my feet. In my spare time, I volunteer as a FA Football Referee, a pleasure I have had for the last 14 years. It has been a truly enjoyable experience that has taught me a plethora of life skills: Leadership, Communication, Teamwork and Decision-Making. I had the pleasure of refereeing at Semi-Pro level for a number of years, but have now voluntarily come down to a lower level to free up more time to mentor, tutor and train the next generation of referees. When I'm not leading, motivating or running around on a football field, I can be found at appx 2000ft in the air, flying a C150/C172 around the UK. Being a pilot has honed my skills of tenacity, decision-making and discipline, skills I have been able to apply in different aspects of my life.
