I am associated with American Express since day 1 of my career. started as a contractor through IBM in 2004 then subsequently became colleague in 2012. During my professional tenure, I have built strong expertise within distributed Application Development and Voice Domain which includes development experience on Amex Key Platforms being widely used by Customer Care Professionals across all Geographical locations e.g. Credit Servicing Platform , New account portal, Outbound Contact- Dialer, Inbound Voice Response, Global Servicing Platform, Case and Dispute Management. I have worked on variety of roles and responsibilities during this tenure starting from Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager and Technical Architect and Engineering Director. Presently, I’m working as Engineering Director for Global Case Management which includes Generic Case, Disputes and Complaints application being used by 25K+ Customer Care professionals globally. In current role, my core responsibilities includes defining tech strategy for Customer Journeys, driving platform modernisation on open stack and enhancing customer and customer care professionals experience and leading multiple engineering team across different locations. Academically i have done Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Government Engineering College Kota, Rajasthan with honors in 2004 and recently completed my post graduate program in artificial intelligence and machine learning from Great Learning.
