Planned and executed go to market sales strategy for the Chemical's Industry in North America for Rolta's OneView operational analytics platform on SAP HANA.  Affected fundamental changes in throughput and dollar cost per pound of material produced through amalgamation of operating fundamentals from SAP PM, SAP QM, OSI PI, LIMS, Maintenance and Reliability Systems, and IOT systems.  The amalgamation led to leading metrics and predictive analytics affecting fundamental operational changes. 

Led a team of outside and inside sales professional in targeting and procuring net new business for Rolta OneView and Rolta SmartMigrate.   Successfully landed business at fortune 20 businesses and added several net new clients to Rolta's customer roster.

Recruited SME talent in the chemical practice and developed sales messaging for inside and outside sales team members for Rolta SmartMigrate for consolidating BI Platforms like Cognos, BobJ, and Mircrostrategy to a single platform.

Directly responsible for managing GE and providing solutions based Rolta's entire portfolio of service offerings.  These offering included detailed engineering solutions using Intergraph's SmartPlant and Rolta's design engineering professionals on a wide array of projects like foundation design and piping layout for the Thermals group, templatizing GE's gas power plant designs, and using Rolta's SmartMigrate technology for consolidating BI Platforms across GE Healthcare.
