As a final year student in the International Double Degree program, I've had the opportunity to learn in Canada at the Goodman School of Business (GSB) and in Germany at EBS Universität f. Wirtschaft und Recht (EBS). During my undergrad, I decided to make the utmost of my experience by partaking in multiple student-led organizations, clubs, and events. I have had the chance to be the President of the largest student-led club at the Goodman School of Business, Goodman DECA. Throughout my time at GSB, I enjoyed spending my free time participating in and organizing case competitions. Academically, I am taught diversely with intriguing courses, peers, and professors at both universities. Alongside theory-based content, both universities have provided extraordinary real-life practical opportunities. At Brock University, I had the chance to create a marketing strategy with a team for a small business in the Niagara Region. This past semester at EBS, I have worked with a group of students to act as strategy consultants for a medium German-based company. As my undergrad comes to an end, here are some key insights I learnt: ✈️ I enjoy travelling and new environments! 👥 I love meeting new people & learning stuff from them! 🏔 Problem-solving and challenges are a must! 📚 Learning goes beyond classrooms and lecture halls! 🕵🏽‍♀️ A positive outlook and understanding of different perspectives are vital! 🥳 To celebrate even small achievements! 🕺 Having fun is essential!
