As a Partnership Assistant within the Client Services Team, it is my responsibility to support the account management and media planning functions across a group of clients. I deliver a high standard of client service and contribute in the creation of informed and innovative multi-channel online media plans. Key responsibilities include:

I have been fully trained on the customer service desk which requires me to fulfil many duties. I had the responsibility to handle customer enquiries/orders/complaints to the best of my ability. It was my duty to deal with all visitors to the store. It was also my duty to be updated on all offers in store.

As PR Ambassador, I generate local media coverage and improve community relations for my store. Key roles involve, identifying news stories/activities that can be used to generate media coverage, identifying opportunities with local schools/community groups, to identify/organise fundraising activities, to identify and organise PR opportunities around seasonal dates e.g. Halloween and Sport Relief.

I have a corporate target of achieving 2 local PR hits a month, and in my first 6 months I achieved an average of 8 hits per month. Through my relations with the local publications I was able to promote the stores activities in the paper on a weekly basis.
