Situation: During my corporate internship as a Senior Manager of Projects & Strategy, I was entrusted with a significant challenge.

Task: I was tasked with leading a project aimed at enhancing the Employee Experience for over 6000 employees within a single quarter. The objective was to leverage AI/ML tools to automate and streamline various aspects of the employee experience.

Action: To achieve this goal, I utilized a combination of analytical methods and project management techniques to drive data-driven decision-making, improve cost-effectiveness, and ensure timely project execution. I also focused on maximizing the efficiency of existing employee experience tools by optimizing their functionality and enhancing user adoption.
I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing the project from concept to implementation. I took the initiative to identify areas for improvement, implemented AI/ML solutions, and conducted thorough training sessions to ensure smooth adoption by employees.

Result: As a result of these efforts, we achieved remarkable outcomes within a short timeframe. Efficiency levels increased by 70% within just three months, leading to a significantly improved employee experience. This accomplishment not only streamlined HR processes but also positively impacted overall employee satisfaction and productivity.

By effectively leading this project, I gained valuable experience in driving transformative initiatives, managing complex projects, and delivering tangible results in a corporate environment.

Senior Manager - HR Projects & Strategy

Situation: As Deputy Product Manager, I was entrusted with managing a range of critical responsibilities related to product analysis, presentation, documentation, and conformances.

Task: My role involved multiple tasks and challenges, including redesigning and documenting presentations, whitepapers, brochures, feature guides, and UI guides for over 25 products. Additionally, I led the release of ATOM-5G by collaborating closely with the development team and client stakeholders, creating multiple PRDs.

Action: To accomplish these tasks, I actively participated in enabling the launch of 5G CRM products and sub-products, incorporating third-party API implementations through RAD. I also took the lead in assembling and managing a team of 8+ internal stakeholders for the successful launch of 5G backend AI/ML tools, which were utilized for products like OSS/BSS and IPM.
I implemented agile methodologies to manage product backlogs, sprints, and release cycles effectively during the launch of 5G CRM products with third-party API integration. Furthermore, I conducted extensive market research and competitor analysis, collaborating closely with business team leads and content teams to identify market needs and opportunities.

Result:
My contributions yielded significant results for the organization. By closely monitoring product performance metrics for Jio's 5G CRM product, we achieved significant improvement in user retention.

Notably, I played a pivotal role in elevating Jio's international Telecom ranking to the top spot in API certifications within the TMForum alliance. This accomplishment showcased our strong commitment to industry standards and regulatory compliance, further establishing Jio as a leader in the field.

Through these achievements, I demonstrated my ability to drive product excellence, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall success of the organization in a dynamic and competitive market.

Deputy Product Manager

Accenture

Situation: In my role as an Application Development Analyst, my primary responsibility was Cloud Administration, with a focus on Microsoft Azure (Primary skill) and AWS (Secondary skill).

Task: I was tasked with various responsibilities related to cloud infrastructure management and optimization.

Action: I successfully provisioned over 80 Virtual Machines (VMs) and installed SOC (Security Operations Center) tools for SaaS products within the Accenture Cloud Platform (ACP). I leveraged Network Virtualization to create virtual networks, significantly improving resource utilization.
To streamline operations, I developed and scheduled more than 20 Command Line Interface (CLI) scripts for virtual cloud servers, resulting in a time-saving of 8 weekly man-hours. I also enhanced security by implementing a web external VPN gateway for both MS Azure and AWS, ensuring encryption and protection against external access.
I optimized the Azure Cloud Portal for over 40 servers, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and subnets, achieving a remarkable 47% increase in efficiency and throughput.
Additionally, I contributed to significant cost savings by recommending appropriate server plans across 7+ countries. This was achieved through rightsizing and better scaling.

Result: My efforts in cloud administration and optimization had a substantial impact on the organization. We improved resource utilization, enhanced security, and significantly reduced operational overhead. The time-saving measures I implemented allowed the team to focus on higher-value tasks.

The optimization of the Azure Cloud Portal resulted in ensuring smooth and efficient cloud operations. Moreover, the cost-saving initiatives directly contributed to a reduction in infrastructure expenses across multiple countries.

By successfully managing cloud infrastructure and driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness, I played a crucial role in supporting Accenture's technological capabilities and delivering value to clients.

Application Development Analyst

Situation: As an Application Development Associate specializing in SAP Functional Product Analysis with a focus on SAP RAR-FICO, I played a pivotal role in delivering effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

Task: My responsibilities involved collaborating with client stakeholders at VF-UK and addressing end-user needs to improve operational efficiency and transparency.

Action: I served as a key mediator between client stakeholders and end-users, facilitating productive communication and understanding to deliver cost-effective solutions. This collaborative approach improved customer satisfaction and fostered strong, lasting relationships.
To address dependencies in order billing, I devised a cost-effective accounting solution. This initiative resulted in significantly enhancing transparency and operational efficiency.
I took the lead in configuring over 40 test case scenarios for various Project Portfolio Management (PPM) projects, utilizing automation tools and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to streamline the testing process.
Implementing an Operation Support System (OSS) ticketing system and automating the error repository using advanced Excel techniques, I successfully reduced client issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Result: We improved customer satisfaction and developed strong client relationships by delivering cost-effective solutions. The implementation of the OSS ticketing system significantly enhanced accuracy and client satisfaction.
Furthermore, the automation of the error repository led to a substantial reduction in client issues, ensuring uninterrupted services and high customer satisfaction.

Overall, my role as an SAP Functional Product Analyst contributed to the success of the organization by delivering effective solutions, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Situation: As a Data Analytics & Web Development Intern, I had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that integrated data analytics and web development.

Task: During my internship, I had a few key responsibilities that showcased my skills in data analytics and web development.

Action: Data Analytics and Insights:
I collaborated closely with the data analytics teams to analyze and interpret data related to flight operations and customer preferences. Leveraging statistical techniques and data visualization tools, I actively contributed to the process of generating valuable insights from the data. My role involved using data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making processes within the organization.

Web Development: 
I played a crucial role in designing and developing websites for AIR INDIA. This included a strong focus on improving user experience, accessibility, and functionality. I utilized my web development skills to create visually appealing and responsive websites that catered to the needs of both customers and the organization.

Result: Through my contributions to data analytics, the organization was able to gain valuable insights into flight operations and customer preferences. These insights led to more informed decision-making processes, potentially resulting in improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The websites I designed and developed focused on delivering an enhanced user experience and improved accessibility.

Through this internship, I had the opportunity to apply my skills in both data analytics and web development, contributing to the organization's data-driven decision-making processes and enhancing its online presence.

Data Analytics & Web Development Intern

Situation: As a Web Development Intern, I was presented with various opportunities to contribute to web development projects.

Task: During my internship, I was assigned two significant tasks that showcased my web development skills.

Action: Increased Footfall for Local Restaurant Website:
I took the initiative to develop a website for a local restaurant, incorporating key features relevant to the Hospitality, Restaurants, and Catering (HoReCa) industry. Leveraging my web development expertise, I designed and built a user-friendly website that not only showcased the restaurant's offerings but also enabled online reservations and provided a seamless customer experience. I utilized web design best practices, optimized the site for search engines, and ensured responsive design for various devices to maximize its effectiveness.

Created Templates for Diverse Website Domains:
As part of my role, I was responsible for creating 15 website templates using PHP. These templates were designed for educational and training purposes within the company. These templates spanned a range of domains, including Travel, Food, and more, demonstrating my ability to work on diverse web development projects. I focused on creating clean, efficient, and reusable code to serve as valuable resources for the company's training and development initiatives.

Result: The website I developed for the local restaurant resulted in a notable increase in footfall, showcasing my ability to create effective, revenue-generating web solutions for businesses.
The 15 templates I created served as valuable resources for company training purposes; not only demonstrating my proficiency in PHP but also contributed to the company's internal knowledge base.

Through these experiences, I honed my web development skills and demonstrated my ability to create impactful solutions that drive results for businesses.
