•Working with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into product features and specifications
•Leading a team of developers to ensure that the product was developed in accordance with the clients' requirements and best practices
•Collaborating with the internal tech team to identify and implement new technologies to improve the product and development process
•Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value and client feedback

Achievements and Accomplishments:

•Worked with MongoDB's Sales Operations team to develop a product that automated their sales workflow and prospect data discovery, resulting in a significant increase in revenue and hundreds of hours of time savings
•Led and oversaw the development of this product while managing a team of 4 developers and working closely with MongoDB's internal tech team
•Helped Scalestack become SOC2 compliant, ensuring that our clients' data was protected and secured
•Helped Scalestack grow from $0 to $500k in annual recurring revenue by doing cold outreach to potential clients and partners
•Implemented numerous automations to streamline internal processes and save time, including automating client onboarding and project management workflows

-Being the proxy between engineering and local team
-Managing all incidents, updates and bug reports in Argentinian market.

-Working closely with the Growth team and mapping new launch cities for future expansion in LATAM.

Sales Engineer

-Collaborate with the Global Corporate Payments (GCP) Sales & Account Development Teams providing technical advisory mastering the GCP Payment, Reporting and ERP Integration Solutions available in LATAM
-Master all GCP T&E and B2B Products, Solutions and Features to support complex client RFPs across LATAM.
-Receive, analyze and propose the best solution that fulfills client data,connectivity and integration requirements.
-Prepare, align and execute a comprehensive Implementation Plan that conveys all the milestones required to comply with customer requirements.
-Communicate effectively the progress, roadblocks or risks across all project stages.
-Define and coordinate a smooth Transition Strategy to the internal teams that will provide support after the Project Cycle comes to an end.

Product Enablement Specialist

- Answer the e-mails received from both internal and external customers.
-Open the IMRs (Technology Tickets) for problems detected in electronic products such as (Data Files, at Work, OPM, Car, etc.) and track them.
-Maintain communicated the commercial and operative areas on the advances in the resolution and escalate them if necessary.
-Support the Technology areas in the tests that are carried out on implementations or upgrade of existing products.
-Activate all the setups of new products that enter the sector according to the established Rules and Procedures and the service levels agreed with the GCC Business Unit (Corporate).
-Ensure that the team complies with the responsibilities assigned to the Help Desk within the CEP (Corporate Express Payment) process and report any deviation in terms of the agreed service levels.
-Provide support to all the staff of Corporate Account Executives in everything related to electronic products. If necessary and beneficial at commercial level, visits will be made to the companies, tending to improve the relationship and solve technical problems.
-Support the Regional Account Executives of Global Accounts at regional level
(Argentina, Mexico and Brazil).
