Inauguration of new headquarters of The European Cybersecurity Competence Center (ECCC) in Bucharest, Romania

Conception, initiation and planning of a 33,000 sqm land plot for Politehnica Technology Park designed for state institutions, incubators for IT&C and R&D companies, innovation labs, integrating 8 buildings, over 110,000 sqm. built area, project value 100 million Euro,  from which through Recovery and Resilience Plan for Romania PNRR,  the University Politehnica of Bucharest has been awarded and will receive finance for the first dual education project for 20 million Euro.

Regeneration, reconversion, and rehabilitation of Polizu-Buzesti and Calea Victoriei campuses, planning over 120,000 m2 of new academic and commercial buildings phased in two stages: 
1.	conversion and partial extension of some existing constructions with cultural and historic value. 
2.	new development of buildings connected to the neighboring areas.

Assessing properties, monitoring all evaluations and providing actual market values for loan loss provisions (LLP) calculations.
Developing processes, controls and services, including approval checks for granting of new investment loans for real estate.
