The financial world caught Manuel's attention in 2019 when he was just 18. During this time, an early misstep during the COVID-19 market crash wiped out his savings, this setback became a turning point. Rather than dwelling on the loss, he channelled his remaining resources into financial education. The outcome? Two Level 5 financial certifications, a graduation with honors from ESADE University with distinctions in all finance-centric subjects, and an esteemed membership within the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI). His learning was initially combined with the practical experience and responsibility of handling investments for close friends and family, working alongside seasoned private bankers. During his work at Quadriga Asset Management's hedge fund, he correctly predicted the 2022 equity and bond downturn, safeguarding his clients' investments. This feat catapulted his assets under management (AUM) from 10k€ to seven figures. Identifying a technological deficit in asset management, at age 21, Manuel founded Alpha Rho Technologies LLC. His vision? To lead the technological revolution in the asset management industry.
