- Responsible for timely processing of schedule shipments of different kinds of Oils , Seed, Spare-parts, Chemical, Scrap, Broadcasting equipment's, Machineries and other raw material. 
- Responsible for air/sea shipments of medical equipment's used in Hospital and prepare documents for exemption of Customs duties, Sales tax for all non-profit projects under Madinah Foundation. 
- Receive, review, and process Import documents such as L/C, L/C Amendments, Proforma invoice, Commercial invoice, B/L, AWB, Packing list, Inspection certificates and other related documents for each 
shipment accurately, thoroughly, efficiently and performing all functions within a strict time frame. 
- Coordination with finance / treasury for timely availability of funds and ensure L/C (Pre/Post) Shipment payment to foreign suppliers on maturity.
- Working directly and follow up with all constituents (Procurement, Banks, Custom, Government agencies, Indenters, Foreign suppliers, 
Clearing & Forwarding Agents and all other parties) to assure the correct and timely completion of Import/Export process.
- Coordination with banks regarding Foreign Remittances, Authorization, Documentation, FX Portal, BDX Portal, SBP approvals etc. 
- Prepare Pre/Post shipment costing, Short Landed claims. 
- Ensure trouble free storage of imported goods at Bonded Warehouses. 
- Prepare Export documentation and mange LC opening, Amendments, Shipment clearance, & follow remittance.

	Preparation of foreign Advance Payment Documents;
	Preparation of Shipping documents against Local LC;
	Conversion of made-ups into fabric and applying imported raw material accordingly on export commercial invoices;
	Preparation of monthly EOU return (SRO 327 (i) 2008);
	Preparation of EOU audit record (SRO 327 (i) 2008);
	Periodical verification of actual stocks in EOU warehouse as per books;
	Reconciliation of Local purchase raw material as per local LC;
	To co-ordinate with Finance dept. for the arrangements of funds for clearing consignments and debit advices etc;
