Finding purpose and matching my abilities to the chosen purpose was my biggest challenge in professional life. Started as a tech-entrepreneur to establish the first Business Incubator/Accelerator in Bangladesh and ran it for 3 years successfully graduating multiple local/global initiatives. Upon graduation, focused on Healthcare IT for the last decade in different roles, including Technical Project Manager role with over 100 million USD total project budget and managed analyst on both client and vendor side. While all efforts were to be on the right side of history, to be a catalyst in the healthy movement, we need further disruption. To me, that disruption starts at home, by building abode that are not causing human ailment, and take it to the next level where community embrace healthy lifestyle as a dominating culture. My promise to my children is to provide them a better (healthy/sustainable) life than mine, not the other way around.
