Proxistep was a web agency company, which developed over a hundred web solutions in ten years: corporate, marketing operation/game/campaign, e-commerce web sites, as well as few mobile native applications (iOS).
* Delivered around 80 projects over 10 years, to companies of size from SMB to 100M€ of annual revenue, thanks to a good understanding of business problems, a passion for efficient and easy user interfaces, and a strong technical knowledge
* Managed projects ranging from small sites, to full e-commerce multi-shops system, all through small custom CRM solutions, small games for marketing purposes, intranets, mobile applications, etc.
* Designed a full eCommerce solution for the french leader of magazine subscriptions, with an interesting concept of a main catalog (warehouse) and websites (shops) with each their own catalog (sub-set of the main one), promotions (as long as they comply with main rules), design... http://www.toutabo.com/, http://www.pressedefrance.com/, http://www.intermagazines.com/
* Created a very innovative CMS/website engine for the student oriented site http://www.crijnormandierouen.fr/, which still powers the site now, despite being almost 10 years old, and facing competition of so many Open Source CMS
* Over my whole 10 years tenure, architected and designed from the ground up the full Mystery Shopping solution of the top player in France, with results websites (charts, etc.) for the end users, which were the marketing teams of SNCF, Air France, Apple, etc.
* Defined the processes and rules for our offshore (Ukraine) development team of more than 60 people over eight years (up to 23 simultaneously). Many of my formers employees have become friends.
* Technical leader, always staying aware of the innovations in new technologies
* As one of the first Salesforce.com partners in France back in 2002, sold and deployed the solution to several customers
