Current Engagements Include:

Partnership Development: Tasked with the responsibility of analyzing, sourcing, and managing emergent partnerships. Previous focus areas include integrating a new call center partner into our customer success team, and enhancing in-app user guidance. Current tasks include building out relationships with third party technology partners, advancing our applications performance, and migrating to an Azure foundation.

Strategic Consulting: I'm currently collaborating with top-tier executives to rejuvenate our integrations product line. This entails delineating clear product descriptions, crafting compelling use-case scenarios, and undertaking comprehensive pricing analyses and strategy.

Cross-Functional Synergy: Serving as a nexus between varied departments, I am driving tech strategy dialogues, ensuring seamless alignment among integrations, sales, product/project management, and marketing teams.

Strategic Sourcing & Operational Optimization: My day-to-day also encompasses forging ties with a diverse array of companies/clients. Concurrently, I'm orchestrating budget impact analyses for the impending year. Additionally, I am pioneering the formulation of new standard operating procedures and statements of work, setting the benchmark for operational excellence within the integrations and sales departments.

During a dedicated internship under the mentorship of CastleBranch's President, I identified a latent need in the healthcare sector for newly graduated nurses seeking employment in the US. Recognizing the potential, I conceived the idea of a non-acute pipeline generator to streamline and optimize nurse placements. My hands-on experience, coupled with in-depth research, culminated in a comprehensive presentation to the C-Suite. The initiative not only showcased my proactive approach but also fortified CastleBranch's commitment to enhancing nursing employment solutions.

VCIC (Venture Capital Investment Competition)

Global VCIC is the world’s largest venture capital competition among top MBA students from 70+ prestigious business schools. Students attend the competition by competing in one of 12 regional finals held on 3 continents to qualify for the Global VCIC Finals in Chapel Hill, hosted by UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School. During the competition, students are acting as venture capitalists: evaluating real start-ups, interacting with entrepreneurs and preparing term sheets. Meanwhile, judges (real venture capitalists) are assessing the students’ performances. Global VCIC is a unique competition as it brings top VCs, prestigious MBAs and promising start-ups together.
