In addition to running my own consultancy, I am delighted to take on the role of Ambassador for the Big Youth Group. If we want a better world, in every possible way, then we must nurture our youth, not put them down. Improving the odds for success for young people is critical. We need to impart our knowledge, experience and share our mistakes.
