Here I learned how to manage Amazon accounts from A-to-Z. 

I touched everything from customer service, advertising campaigns, Amazon 1P and 3P accounts, and even Amazon POAs to get accounts and products unsuspended.

This was my first role in eCommerce. Here I learned about pay per click advertising, inbound and outbound sales, ad tech, and a whole lot about selling on Amazon and marketplaces.

In this role I spoke to over 1,000 ecommerce professionals about their online selling efforts.

This role ignited my spark that I want to learn how to be an online seller and eCommerce professional

Currently, I help brands and companies sell on online platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and other .com properties.

After graduating from university in 2015, I began my career selling agency managed pay-per-click services. 

After seeing the industry trend towards Amazon, and being a frequent Prime shopper myself, curiosity got the best of me. I began to research anything and everything related to selling on Amazon.

Through launching my own products, working for agencies, consulting brands, and hours of webinars.I have been able to gain experience with all assets of selling on Amazon. This includes Amazon advertising, operations, customer service, and dealing with 3P and 1P accounts.
